This museum is a museum almost unique in the world. In its history it has started to collect thing which had to do with catering. Later also thing about merchandising were added. The exhibitions display catering and merchandising items. Next to the permanent exhibitions are often temporary exhibitions. In addition to the exhibition, it also organizes concerts and other issues to promote commerce and tourism.
