Selyemreti pool

In July 2013, the Selyemréti Strandfürdő was renovated. Thanks to the expansion, we can now welcome swimming enthusiasts to a 3.5-hectare beach area: with a total of 6 swimming pools covering 2,728 square metres and new wellness services, we offer our visitors carefree relaxation. The swimming pool is supplied with water from two highly productive thermal springs (43-45 °C), whose water (based on 13 and 14 C isotope tests) was extracted from karst water more than 9,000 years ago. Visitors to the renovated bathing complex can once again enjoy the waterfalls and use the three-lane slide pool, the 25-metre teaching pool, the whirlpool and a children's pool with play equipment, as well as the 50-metre swimming pool, which is open all day. The new lido has a beautiful, peaceful park, which is also easily accessible for people with disabilities thanks to its barrier-free access.
