The baths at Bábolna have recently been renovated. The beach's appeal has been enhanced by the creation of a leisure park and a boating lake on 10 hectares of adjacent land, built on the neglected and underused site of a former brickworks. The 38-40°C sodium chloride and bicarbonate spring water, which rises from a depth of 1,290 metres, is used for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and gynaecological complaints, as well as for drinking cures, due to its iodine content. In summer, the three thermal pools are complemented by various beach activities and elements. In addition to the 200-square-metre adventure pool, there is a paddling pool for the little ones and a 100-square-metre spray park. This is a special water playground, perfect for a water fight with the family. In addition to the water playground, there are also bouncy castles, bumper cars and an outdoor play club that families can use in summer. Entertainers keep the children busy on the beach with a range of creative games that also support the development of their skills.
